Fun and easy to tow with no need for separate electronic brakes due to a controller I had added on the camper itself. Seven pin type plug or adapter to 4 pin provided with deposit required. Two couches fold down into very large and comfortable king bed.More info can be found on xplor campers website looking under the XTH modelWhat's includedLet me know of any special needs and I will do my best to accomodateOtherwise, plan to bring your own choice of bedding, etcRecommendations- Blue Mounds State Park, Governor Dodge State Park, Devil's Lake State Park, Spring Green area, Wisconsin Dells, etc.- Bring a rental motorcycle or ATV along to any of the many amazing trails Wisconsin has to offer, with this unit!Other things to noteSorry, but absolutely no smoking. It will limit the enjoyment of me and future guests to have any traces of smoking in the unit. $250 cleaning fee, if smoking is obvious, and $75 fee for any burn. Both will be taken from security deposit money upon return of the unit with smoke smell in it, to cover detailing/ fumigation costs. If you are a heavy smoker and smell of cigarettes a lot of the time, this could still cause an issue even if you smoke outside, as the unit will still take on the smell and I recommend not renting it. Camper is recommended for 2 occupants only. More than that will not be appropriate usage, especially for the toilet, in one weekend, and would require extra maintenance, potentially repairs, and loss of full deposit if an overflow issue occurs due to being over occupied. Example: Taking the unit to a sporting event for tailgating (not allowed) and letting untold numbers of people use the bathroom, essentially treating it as a porto-potty, which is not its designed purpose. These rules are not meant to ruin anyone's good time, but are here to try to ensure the camper stays in good condition for your (and my) future use. Thanks!
