The unique panoramic window in the Cab Over Bunk is a feature not found in many RVs and is sure to be a hit with stargazers & adventure seekers! This well maintained and clean rig is easy to drive & performs excellent at highway speeds. New tires in Dec of 2022. At only 28' in length & 2 slide-outs with a well designed layout, it is easy to maneuver yet roomy when parked & passengers can enjoy playing games on the dinette table or watching TV while cruising down the road. Sleeps 6 comfortably, but can accommodate 8 including 2 children utilizing the jackknife sofa bed. The full kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils and flatware to prepare & enjoy meals. The 42 gallon fresh water tank and on board water pump & generator are perfect for off grid camping and boondocking. Equipped with a ducted AC system, propane heater, propane/electric water heater & external tank heaters, this rig will keep you comfortable in hot or cold climates. Large windows provide lots of natural light & the interior LED lighting makes the rig bright and well lit. The rig is also equipped with a 7,500 lb tow hitch for towing or optional bike rack.

PICK UP & DROP OFF TIMES ARE FLEXIBLE
Outdoorsy sets them at 3pm/9am by default. Please contact us with your requested times. Typically, pick up as early as 8am and drop off as late as 4pm, depending upon our availability.
To ensure that all who rent the motor home have an amazing experience, we ask that you follow some simple rules while on your adventure:
1. No smoking or vaping, period. We want all who use the rig to have a smoke free, odor free experience.
2. Although the RV is pet friendly, we reserve the right to not allow certain pets. Please check with us first if you plan on bringing a pet.
3. Please drive on paved roads and do not drive on the beach. Although the RV has dually wheels, it is not designed to be taken off road or driven on sand. You can get stuck and/or damage the undercarriage and components.
4. Please clean up any spills immediately to prevent damage.
5. Please be gentle with all parts of the RV to reduce the risk of damage. Do not sit or lean on the dinette table unless in the bed position.
6. Do not put food scraps or grease down the drains.
7. Wash & put away all dishes used.
8. Please sweep/vacuum and clean up any messes before returning the RV.
9. Dump and rinse the Black & Gray water tanks before leaving your campsite.
10. Do not take the RV outside of the US.
11. Any parking/traffic violations and tolls will be paid by/charged to the renter.
12. Let us know where you will be traveling to. We will adjust the deposit to include extra mileage charges if necessary.

Dave and Kelly did an awesome job putting together a complete package! The RV is great, but it's all of the thought and features they added to it that make it really special. Everything you need for a great weekend is there! And they created great videos and checklists that made the experience easy and enjoyable, even for an RV novice like me! We had a great weekend and can't wait to do it again!
