I work remote now full time and bought this RV so I could go warm places during the winter months. It's a great RV, very spacious, modern with all the amenities you would have at home. King bed with separate bedroom, queen bed in overhead cab with a mattress pad to make it comfier. Dinette pulls out for extra space if you have children. Two recliners.
What's includedIt comes fully stocked with all the dishes and pots/pans you need. It even has an outdoor TV. Roku on all tvs if you want to log into netflix, amazon prime, etc.

• All gray and black water tanks should be flushed and rinsed out
• RV should be returned in the same condition as provided - floors swept. Ridge, Stove, Oven all wiped clean. Leftover food thrown away.
• If awning is used, must be swept off before rolled back in. Not to be used during high winds.
• Outdoor furniture and grill provided and must be cleaned before putting back into rv storage
