Perrot State Park is located on the Wisconsin side of the river, with heavenly views and lots of waterfront for recreational activities. Brady’s Bluff Prairie and Trempealeau Mountain are two of the protected areas within the park, with the latter being a sacred space to the local native population. The park is named for a French explorer, and it is home to burial mounds and other mind-blowing archaeological sites.
