*Roads to campsite must be reasonably accessible and designed to accommodate the weight and size of an RV and tow vehicle.
*Delivery includes set-up and complete walk-through of the camper. Renter must be present at time of pick-up. Pick-up includes dumping tanks at no charge unless there is no dump station on-site, in which case a $125.00 dump fee is required.
*3 night minimum rental.
*$1000 deposit (Released after post rental inspection).
*Festival-friendly, with $2000 deposit (Released after post rental inspection).
*No smoking. $200 deduction from deposit if there is evidence of smoking inside the rental.

5.0This is the 2nd time we have rented from this lovely couple! They are great to work with when we had issues with the ac unit were very helpful with ideas to get it to work! The unit was nice and clean and stocked with things that are great to have available! We enjoyed the hot weekend we had with family! Thank you for the great camper !!
