Nicasio village is a census-designated community at the heart of Marin County, California. It is located in a valley that the Nicasio Creek drains into and also the site of Nicasio Reservoir. The landscape consists of hillsides surrounding the valley, forested with oak, bay, and fir trees; stands of redwood trees can be found along some of the creeks. The area surrounding the community has abundant wildlife, as well as beef and dairy cattle ranches, and a few vineyards. The outlying area is also home to Skywalker Ranch, the famed homestead of director George Lucas. The village itself has a few small buildings, one of which is a Druid's hall. A small red one-room schoolhouse, built in 1871, is a listed historical landmark and is located just north of town. Today it is a diverse protected area, encompassing the shoreline, offshore underwater habitats, and the neighboring hills and flatlands. Visitors can beachcomb on clear days and also watch ocean breakers crash into the rocks below on less pleasant days. They can also view the diverse plant and animal life that is given refuge, including elephant seals who inhabit the nearby beaches in certain seasons.

My husband & I, along with our dog had a great time at Lawson's Landing staying in the Keystone Hideout. It is a clean, comfortable, well provisioned RV trailer. Best part was the convenient & prompt delivery, set-up & pick-up provided by Andre who is a friendly & responsive host. Would definitely rent from Andre again.

My wife and I had an amazing time on our trip with Sid's van. The van was clean and very thoughtfully designed. It was easy to drive and had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. We booked the Flynn Rider to travel to Northern Arizona, southern Nevada as well as up through California. The van had everything we needed. It is equipped with pans for cooking, dinnerware, utensils etc. We were able to successfully dry camp off the grid and never had any issue with losing battery power. We stayed in warm climates and were able to keep the generator on which powered the AC which was really nice. The van is also equipped with a microwave which was convenient as well. It has a lot of digital additions such as wireless chargers, a nice navigation screen up front and you can plug in your phone for CarPlay. We upgraded to have the Starlink which was huge in staying connected in places where there is no cell service. There is a hose for the outdoor shower as well as an indoor shower. The bed was also very comfortable. Bon was a super responsive host - any questions we had, he responded immediately and was very helpful, and we appreciated that as we were first time camper van utilizers. I also appreciate the flexibility in pick up and return times which one may not get with going through commercial camper van rentals. We were also able to leave our cars in Bon's neighborhood which was a safe option. We thank Bon for a great experience and hope to rent again in the future!
