Easy to pull travel trailer sleeps 4 easily. Perfect interior! Rent today! Ball size you need on your hitch is 2 5/16. This camper has air conditioning. The camper will have light bedding on the actual bed, You will need to supply any additional bedding you may need. Has a tv with built in dvd player, the antenna will not get many tv stations so I advise you to bring dvds, has a radio (no outdoor speakers).
Table turns to bed also couch folds to bed.
You must supply all toiletries, soaps, towels, food, additional blankets and pillows etc...Upon returning camper should be swept out there is a broom and swiffer provided.
Bookings will be charged 20 dollars to dump sewer and fee will be taken from the deposit.
I run a home vacation rental so I might not be able to accommodate certain times for pick up and drop off. Please message me the dates and times you planned on pick up etc.What's includedAll new bookings after 6-16-21 the generator will cost 25 per day, payment due at pick up cash only or will take out of deposit. Gas tank on generator needs to be filled upon return as you will be sent with a full tank of gas at pick up or I can deduct 7 gallons of gas at going rate from deposit. Other things to noteThe awning cannot be opened on windy days. No pets allowed. No smoking. No mud runs. No going on the roof top.
We do not recommend drinking from the faucet as we cannot guarantee water to be drinking safe.
