No extra fees from me! Everything is included in the base rate! This Salem is ready to camp. Comes supplied with about everything you would need, even games. All you need to do is pack your camping attire, beverages and your favorite camping foods. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedding. Propane, Tank Clean-outs and Cleaning Fee are included into nightly rate. No hidden fees on my end! (Excluding excessive mess cleaning or damages)
