Sleeps 5 (3 adults and 2 small children) with a 54" x 74" full size bed, single dinette that folds into a bed and 28" x 72" bunk beds. 3.3 cu. ft. Gas/Electric Refrigerator, 2-Burner Cooktop, Microwave, 20K BTU Furnace, Roof mounted A/C, 6 Gal. Gas Water Heater, 2 rear Stabilizing Jacks, power awning. Anti-sway hitch with 2" ball provided. Tow vehicle needs 7-pin trailer connector and electric brakes. If you don't have a brake controller installed in your vehicle, you may rent our portable controller that uses an app on your smart phone for $25. Includes linens, dishes, cookware, lawn chairs, fire tongs, campfire tri-pod, and more.Pick up and drop off times are flexible if it is arranged ahead of time.
