It’s unknown exactly when Rosedale was officially founded, but it likely was in the late 19th century. As the local lore goes, in the 1880s, a young Englishman whose name was Dale had a small farm with rose hedges and bushes.

Franz rv was well equipped with a lot if not even more than needed in the kitchen. Very spacious with the living room slide out. They were flexible with my pickup and drop off times. I will be renting from them again.
