There are a few activities in the resort for guests to enjoy, such as a playground, a beautiful heated pool, mini-golf, volleyball, and entertainment scheduled in the Pavilion.

Just a short drive from West Lake Sylvia is the bustling city of Minneapolis, a city that is simply packed with things to do and see. The city makes for a great day trip from the lake, taking you back to bustling civilization with a bang. As well as plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, you could take a tour of the fascinating sites and learn more about the area's history, or visit some of the world-class museums. Don't leave without catching a show on the Hennepin Theatre District.
