This was our second campervan experience and was very good. Fairly straightforward booking process. Charles is very thorough and willing to provide plenty of information. We booked a 4 night trip for a DelMarVa Spring Golf trip. The Prism is dated and has some wear but performed as advertised. VERY roomy for 2 people. I am 6'4" and my son is 6'2" and we had no trouble fitting. If Coachmen rearranged the interior layout to make the bed go north-to-south the side bumpout wouldn't even be necessary. The cost was competitive vs. others. I would rent this RV/van from Charles again.
