The small ranching and farming community was formerly inhabited by Apache and Comanche tribespeople for thousands of years before the arrival of settlers from the eastern seaboard. Since the Texas Revolution, Helotes has remained a small town, but it was not until 1981 that the town finally decided to incorporate, in an effort to remain independent of San Antonio. Once a tiny, sleepy place, Helotes has quickly grown into one of the most desirable suburbs to live in around San Antonio, with the population taking off as a result.

This was our 2nd year in a row we rented Hector and Yvonne’s rv for our yearly trip to the Frio. Hector and Yvonne are the nicest people to rent from and if you have any questions they always get right back to you. Their rv is now 2 years old and it still smells brand new! It is very clean, they take very good care of their rv! If you are looking for a clean and well taken care rv, this is the rv for you!
