Rented the off road camper for a bird hunting trip in montana. Pick up was simple, Patrick gave a good walk through and explanation of the trailer features. It is heavy but towed easily with a full size pickup. Ground clearance is incredible and handled the fire roads and gravel County roads with ease. I was worried about finding parking on state and blm land but I could take this trailer anywhere my truck could go. Bed pads are comfortable and had plenty of room for two. Perfect for what we were doing. Patrick was flexible with drop off and understanding that we cleaned up as well as possible after being on rocky County roads with mud and lots of dust. We had a spectacular time. Never had we done a campervan on a trip. It was so much fun my wife and I laughed and laughed almost daily. What a surprise. The learning curve was very small and we adjusted to this type of travel instantly. When we had a question Dave and Jen got right back to us every time. They were most helpful always. We will certainly be doing this again.

Lisa was timely in dropping off the van and very helpful in explaining how things work. She took the time to point out the necessary items that we would most likely have questions on and supplied a binder with instruction that we did use! She did direct us to contact her with questions but there was no need. The van worked perfectly for our 8 day trip and handled well on the Colorado switchback mountain roads!
