- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $125.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing (linens, shower curtain, windows, refrigerator, etc.) the unit prior to each rental. Additionally, this fee cover set up and tear down when applicable.

Richard's RV was a beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean and fully stocked. Had everything we needed for our family with small children to go camping. We were on campsite without water and electric hookup and had some trouble with the generator and battery. Host was quick to respond to texts to try to troubleshoot the issues. Would be a perfect RV for site with hookups next time we go.

The renters we’re quick to ask questions, not familiar with dry camping and let the battery die on several occasions. However, after a quick text message, I was able to get them back up and running quickly. The RV has an onboard generator which is perfect for dry camping if directions are followed.

Absolutely spot on! Fast and clear communication, great folks to rent from!! Clean, comfy rig - perfect for the two of us and our dogs…and the golf cart was a great added bonus! Definitely high on our list to rent again next year if available!!
