New 2019 Keystone Outback Ultra Lite Toy Hauler available that is pet friendly!This unit has a ramp door located on the side of the camper that can easily load and store up to 3 dirt bikes or 1 4-wheeler in the cargo area. The toy hauler includes a full kitchen, dinette, couch, full bathroom, king bed, and 2 bunk beds which are located in the cargo area. This camper is rated to sleep up to 7 people but would recommend not exceeding 6 people unless you have a child that can comfortably sleep on the top bunk.Everything is in perfect working condition and comes with the following amenities:
• Full bathroom: toilet, sink, shower, medicine cabinet, 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths
• Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, oven, sink, basic cooking utensils/pans/pots
• Sleeping quarters: 1 king size bed (linens included), 2 bunk beds, couch and dinette that convert to beds
• Awning with lighting
• Outdoor speakers
• Outdoor utility shower for evening/night time use
• Radio, TV, DVD player
• Plenty of storage
• Lawn chairs
• Outdoor tableIn addition, we will provide wheel chocks, levels, and a sway bar/weight distribution hitch to make hauling and parking easier. We also have a gas generator available for use during your rental period.The camper is thoroughly sanitized and cleaned after every use along with kitchen/bathroom utensils. All bedding and bathroom materials are washed after drop off. We also provide cleaning materials in the RV for you to utilize throughout your stay, if needed.
