Our Coachmen is fully stocked and ready to take you on your next adventure! Offering a smooth drive, RV GPS equipped giving you RV routes to avoid small off roads. Seats up to 8 people comfortably, equipped with driver and passenger seatbelts, 2 additional seatbelts in the RV seating area.
Spacious interior, 2 slide outs, 1 Queen Bed in private rear bedroom can sleep up 2 persons comfortably, corner full bath, 1 bunk bed "above cab", 1 sofa pulls out sleeps up to 2 comfortably and a J-lounge dinette that adjust to sleep 1 person comfortably. TV and DVD inside RV as well as an exterior TV and Sterio. Exterior Awning with LED lights.
Fully Stocked--Kitchen come stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. Even includes coffee maker and toaster. Topper wear, knife set, cutting boards, mixing bowls and insulated coffee mugs. Clorox Wipes, Dish Soap, Hand Soap, Paper Towels and special RV toilet paper. Other optional items included, linens, pillows, towels.
What's included
You are also encouraged to bring, your own towels if you prefer, or your favorite blanket and pillow. Optional-Foldable table, 4 chairs can be added, and exterior floor mat. Plenty of storage space with or without these add-ons that are included in the rental fee.

We are just starting our adventure journeys and have traveled from Minnesota to Tennesse visiting the Smokey Mountains. So far, the experience has been enjoyable. Our next travels will be closer to home.
Other things to note
Although we allow pets, we do deep cleaning and renters need to order the pet cleaning as part of their package. An additional $250 fee for pet hair found without the cleaning package ordered will be added.
Solid foods cannot be put into gray water, which includes the kitchen sink. There will be an additional fee for pressure cleaning the gray water if solids are put into the tank.
No smoking allowed, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle. Your entire security deposit will be retained to have RV professionally cleaned. NO Off-road camping, tailgating or Festivals.
The renter must report all damages and may not self-repair without authorization. All damage must be reported. There is a $100 surcharge for each unreported instance of damage by the renter.
You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received, or if you choose not to refuel to the same fuel level, you will be charged a higher rate which is typically above the local pump price.
Adhering to scheduled time is critical for next renter. For those returning RV late, they will pay a late fee from their security deposit of $100 per hour.
