About this RV

We have lovingly named our R-Pod 179, Berry, simply because he looks like a blueberry. We lived in Berry for 7 months while we traveled the country and are excited to share him with you! Berry has a large kitchen to the left and spacious open area at the entrance between the kitchen and a slide-out dinette. There is a wardrobe, overhead cabinets, kitchen cupboards, and bin storage. By the bed is a large flat-screen TV on a swivel so you can watch it from either bed or kitchen. The small bathroom includes a toilet, a shower, an overhead fan, and some storage. The large slideout living room dinette area provides plenty of open space and can be converted into a bed for a 3rd person. The table is also mobile and can be brought outside. Gas and electric refrigerator/freezer for plenty of food storage for your adventures. A convection oven microwave combo makes cooking very convenient. The deep stainless steel sink makes clean up a breeze. The bed is a comfy memory foam mattress and can also be lifted to access basement storage below.

Most midsize SUV's and small trucks can pull this 2,649-pound trailer with no problems (consult your owner's manual to be sure). Stabilizer hitch is included for smooth towing.

We supply linens, dinnerware, kitchen towels, cooking utensils, coffee maker, crockpot, wine opener, and more! Hooking up is a breeze due to the size of the rig and easy hookup to water and electricity. We have cards, games, and DVDs too! You will enjoy the warmth and charm of this trailer so book your getaway today before it gets booked up!

The R-Pod was exactly as stated in Outdoorsy. Had a great trip to Door County WI. Ross was very easy to work with.

We are considering purchasing an RPod so we thought it best to rent one to see how we liked it. This model, the RPod-179 is one of the most popular. It is good for two, maybe three people. We rented it from Ross for a three day trip to three different Minnesota State Parks. We had never used a camper like this before but the setup and take down went very smooth. Ross was very kind and helpful with our first travel trailer experience. He explained everything in the walk through and had arrival and departure checklists that we found very beneficial. He made it clear he was available for questions at anytime during our trip which made us feel at ease.

The trailer is a little cutie! We enjoyed the modern appliances and the comfy bed. Didn't find the games & movies until the very end of the trip when putting the couch cushions away, but learned there was a lot more storage than we thought!

Overall, great experience with Ross and Berry!

Ross and Tara were great - they responded to all questions in a timely way and didn't let on if any question was a dumb question! "Berry" was the perfect size for my husband and I. We spent most of our time outside, but having the AC when it was in the mid-90's and humid was great for sleeping. We also used the TV and DVD player which was nice. A big difference from our usual BWCA-sleep-on-the-ground experience!
