4.0Very good telling me when they would drop off & pick up.But unfortunately, the plug in cord was not long enough & they had to leave to get another one. So we were delayed setting up till 6:00PM. But I was pleased that they ordered an RV step stool because the camper step was quite high due to leveling. And they dropped it off to me. I was disappointed that the oven must not have been regulated b/c casserole dish that needed to bake for 60 min, burned in 20 min and cracked my dish in two places on the sides. I loved the table with wrap around seats and picture window. In the bathroom, it would have been nice to have towel racks. Also I liked to room darkening shades-very nice. The hosts were very nice and easy to deal with.
