Phil was an excellent host. He was always available if we had any questions. This was our first RV trip and being 27 weeks pregnant I was skeptical. Minnie was able to provide all we needed for comfort and peace of mind. Easy to drive and operate including dumping the tank, which we did easily with no problems. I would recommend to rent for any upcoming trip. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time on our baby moon.

We recently rented a Sprinter van through the Outdoorsy app and while the booking process was smooth and communication with the host was easy, there were a few issues worth noting.While the interior was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, easily fitting all of our family members, we noticed a lot of rattling from the sliding door when driving on local roads. It became quite noticeable and a bit distracting, especially on uneven surfaces.
As a Mercedes-branded vehicle, we expected a smoother ride. Unfortunately, the back seating area was surprisingly rough, especially for passengers riding long distances. That said, the overall seating layout was very accommodating, with enough room for everyone to sit comfortably.
