First time renting and it was smooth from start to finish. Owners were really great at explaining everything and offered a lot of help going over set up and take down. It was very easy towing and doing the set up and take down. Everything in the camper worked and we enjoyed our time using it and so did our kids!

Rich was a great guy to work with. Good communication, responsive, and flexible. Thoroughly explained setup/take down with a nice handout. Trailer pulled well and was clean. Everything worked as expected. Recommend 100%!

Our first time renting with Outdoorsy, and it went extremely well!
We were able to see the Trailmanor trailer earlier than our pickup date to see how to setup and take it down.properly. Rich was excellent on the steps to setup and show all of the features of the RV. It towed great, all the mechanical parts were operating fantastic.
Easy setup, the AC was too cold on the Max setting.
Great communication with Rich!
Can't wait our next renatl!

This camper was perfect for our first time renting. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. Rich and his wife were very friendly and explained in detail how the camper worked. I would definitely rent from them again.

This was our first camper experience and it was a great one. Rich was very friendly, communicated well, and showed us how to set up and collapse the camper. Camper was also pet friendly - our 2 dogs loved it. Rich provided the trailer hitch as well as many other kitchen supplies, games, etc. which are already stored in the camper. It's very light for a 26' camper (4,000lbs. loaded) and pulled without much effort with my Ford F-150 2.7L ecoboost. Everything in the camper works well - air conditioner (however we didn't use this at the campsite), TV/DVD player, lights, stove, fridge, water pump, toilet, hot water heater, propane, microwave oven, awning, and battery. If trailer is not plugged in to campsite electrical, battery will last a full day and night if lights and water pump are used sparingly (recharge battery with generator or two vehicle). If trailer is not plugged in to campsite electrical, you get basic lighting and water pump functionality - you will not have air conditioner or electrical outlets (ie. for running TV, microwave oven, charging phones, etc.)
