This RV is extremely spacious with the two slide outs and it is well laid out. This is a large Class C, but it is fairly easy to drive and gets around 12 mpg. There is a queen size bed in the back with room to walk around it. The bunks in the slideout are roomy and each have a 19” tv with DVD players for the kids. The bathroom has a decent size shower and porcelain stool. There is another queen size bed over the cab with a 32” tv with DVD player. We have three kids and we are all able to have a bed without converting the dinette or couch into beds each night. If you need to use these for sleeping, they are extremely simple to convert - the easiest conversions I have seen in a camper. There is a ton of storage space and counter space in this motor home. The counters are Corian solid surface and in great shape. The walls and cabinets were painted recently and it really brightens up the space. We have reflectix for all of the windows to keep the heat or A/C inside. There is an onboard generator for boondocking as well. What's includedWe have fresh sheets for the two queen beds and the bunk beds that are included with the rental as well as an outdoor rug, some twinkle lights, dishes (please clean after use), pudgie pie makers, marshmallow sticks, dish soap, trash bags, and first aid items. The RV will go out with a full fuel tank and needs to come back with a full tank as well. Please dump the black and gray water tanks prior to return. RecommendationsWe love visiting parks with water nearby and exploring nature. A stick and rocks are the biggest hits for our kids. They love throwing rocks into the water and playing with sticks. I love seeing what their imaginations can do while we are out camping.Other things to noteWe bought this camper to enjoy and want others to do the same. We have three young kids and this fits our family better than we could have imagined. The interior is painted, nicks and scratches are expected with our kids, and it’s not a big deal to do some touch up paint. We ask that you take care of this as if it is your own, but I’m also not looking to ding you for a scratch in the paint inside. We really want you to be able to enjoy family time like we do with this RV.I run an ozone generator after each use to help with scents and I treat all surfaces with UV light for sanitization.100 miles per paid rental day are included. 101 - 250 miles per paid rental day are charged at $.35 per mile. Over 250 miles per paid rental day are charged at $1.60 per mile.

No storing seafood in the fridge - it takes too long to get rid of the smell. You can store seafood in a cooler in one of the outside compartments near the bottom of the motor home.
No cooking curry or other pungent items - again it takes too long to get rid of the smell (even though I love curry).
No climbing the ladder or going on the roof.
The awning is not for renter use due to the potential cost for repairs.

Hi! My wife Sarah and I have three adorable kids and we camp a couple weeks per year in our spacious motorhome. We love being able to share it with others rather than let it sit around. This motorhome has the perfect setup for our family. My wife and I use the queen bed in the back and the three kids all get their own beds and we can keep the dinette and couch setup for use each day. We took a vacation to the Black Hills last year and had an absolute blast. For 2021 we are not planning as big of trips, but will be visiting a couple local campgrounds and heading to northern Minnesota to experience the great outdoors.
