Tire issue on the road? Let us know. If you think it wasn’t your fault, bring the tire back so we can check it out.
Breakdowns happen. If you added roadside assistance at checkout, give them a call. If not, you’ll need to handle it—but either way, give us a quick heads-up.
Before each travel day, give the tires, hitch, and connections a quick check. Better safe than sorry.

Yes, you may use the awning! Just be gentle—wind and rough handling can do real damage. If it breaks, you're on the hook for repairs and any missed bookings while it’s out of service.
Toilet talk: Only use RV-safe toilet paper and plenty of water when flushing. Remember: "If we have to 'poke', you have to pay!"
Holding tanks start out clean and empty. Gauges can be quirky, but if more than a couple gallons come back, we’ll need to rinse and re-empty—fees apply.
