Take the worry out of camping with this nearly new solid travel trailer by Sundowner. It’s built with a low profile so it doesn’t catch a lot of wind on the road, making it easier to pull and more fuel efficient with a 15,000 BTU AC/Heat pump, you’ll stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter in this well insulated home away from home. The roomy bathroom is the cat’s meow with porcelain toilet, vessel sink, and large shower. There’s tons of storage inside and out, a comfy queen bed and surprisingly comfy jack knife couch that sleeps an additional two people. The large flat screen TV is on a swivel that allows easy viewing from the queen bed or the couch. The beautiful wood cabinetry, LED lighting, USB charging ports, 100 watt solar charging panel on the roof ( will run refrigerator, lights and water pump) and many other high end features make this a delight. Solid construction, dual torsion axles, 10 ply tires and many other safety features will bring you peace of mind so you can enjoy the journey. And don’t forget the indoor-outdoor speakers and power awning to help you enjoy the great outdoors. What's included2 camp chairs, camp table, skillet, pot, 4 plates 4 bowls, drinking cups, coffee maker and filters, can opener, measuring cup, cutting w, cleaning supplies, dish soap, RV safe toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, dish towels. Fresh linens on request. Star link Sat. available on request. It only works west of the Mason-Dixon Line. You can check the Starlink website for coverage. Must have clear line-of-sight to satellite. Large trees or mountains may obstruct access. RecommendationsWe’re not far from lots of fun places. The South Llano River State Park has beautiful RV sites, with tubing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, bird watching, kids activities and all sorts of adventures you can enjoy. Check out their activities and calendar here: https:/tpwd.Texas.gov/state-park/south-Llano-river. We can deliver and set it all up for you. The Sonora Caverns are a must see Concan and Center Point also offer beautiful parks and rivers. For kayaking and swimming. If you love to hike, there is no shortage of hiking trails and Enchanted Rock and Lost Maples are both within an hour drive of Kerrville. If you would rather shop, Fredericksburg and Boerne have well known unique shops and boutiques to explore. Fredericksburg is also known for crafted beer and wineries. There’s also Yogi Bear Park in Kerrville. The RV park there is a little pricier than typical RV sites but is always something to do for the kids ( water park, bounce pillow, arts and crafts, movie night, etc.) and the facilities are very clean. Lake Amistad, the clearest lake in Texas, has great fishing year round. To the West is Big Bend National Park, Fort Davis (yes, there are mountains in Texas) Alpine and the famous scenic HWY 170. Other things to noteDogs allowed if 15 lbs. or less and housebroken. NO CATS. (we love cats, but not in our rv please).
We are dog friendly, but expect away- from-home to be treated with respect. Please do not allow dogs on the bed and clean up any pet hair in the unit. Also they must be completely house broken. Most places require dogs on a leash when outdoors. A pet clean-up fee will only be charged if your pet has caused damage or evidence of pet stains or other pet related issues. Please keep in mind speed limits and road conditions there is GPS aboard and we ask all speed limit laws are followed
Our RV is STRICTLY NON SMOKING.
No private property camping unless you have clear and easy access
Please leave the RV in the same condition you received it. (Clean floors/ beds/dishes/bathrooms) to avoid cleaning fees. Dry linens can be left on the bed if you used them during your stay. Please lay wet towels across the shower door.

We had a wonderful trip. The RV was very clean and roomy with lots of storage and stocked with everything we needed. Trent was very responsive to all our inquiries and questions and was very accommodating when it came to pick up and drop off times outside the rental agreement. We highly recommend this host! Thank you for making our trip easy and pleasant.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Contact us about delivery and pick up. We'll work with you any way we can. We can also pick you up from the San Angelo, TX airport. American Airlines has flights there from DFW.

Q.Do I need a sway bar to tow this travel trailer?
A.
You do not need a sway bar to tow this travel trailer. However, you will need at least a 1/2 ton pickup truck or SUV with a towing capacity that meets or exceeds the GVWR

Q.Will my vehicle tow this travel trailer?
A.
The empty weight of the trailer if 5520 pounds. We have less than 200 pounds of payload in the travel trailer. 5520 + 200 = 5720. You must add the weight of your gear to 5720 pounds. IF you will need water in the holding tank (only necessary if you are staying where fresh water is not available), you must add 608.82 pounds to the total weight you have calculated. You can find the towing capacity of your vehicle in your owner's manual or online.
