* Pick up and drop off is between 2pm and 3pm to facilitate orientation and paperwork. Return is by 11am late return fees will be charged at $50 an hour. Both apply for delivery and pick up.
* Tires are the responsibility of the renter.
*Cleaning supplies are provided, we expect the common courtesy of a tidy return, excessive cleaning will result in supplemental charges.
*No Smoking or vaping. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $500 charge, this most assuredly includes weed.
*No Beach Camping, $300 charge for violation. - GPS verified.
*Under no circumstances should the RV be climbed upon.
*We supply a pop-up canopy; the awning is not to be used. Cutting the zip ties will result in a $300 charge.
*If wastewater tanks are not emptied there will be a $150 charge.
*We are Pet friendly with prior approval. Any evidence of an unapproved pet will result in an additional $500 cleaning charge, absolutely no cats, our dog would never forgive us.
