5Chad was very thorough in going over the campers details with my husband. The camper was very roomy! I loved the kitchen island! They provide many camping necessities such as plenty of paper products, towels, pans, grill, etc. They had many DVD's in the camper to watch but my only complaint was that when playing on the TV, they were in black and white. My husband tried to fix, but was unsuccessful. This really should not be a complaint because we do no want our kids watching movies while camping, but one day was really hot and they wanted a break in the middle of the day,

5Chad was open, honest, and attentive from the very start. This was our first experience with an RV and he was more than patient and answered any questions I had. My main reason for the rental was to avoid hotels, restaurants, etc due to Covid. The RV served the purpose of sleeping my grandbabies and myself as we visited my parents. When my parents were ready to go to bed (around 9pm), we moved to the RV and played games, watched tv or played music. When the rental was over, Chad found items that were left and returned the items to me. This was a vacation that my grand children will remember for a long time as they grow up. With COVID, we are not sure when my grand children will get to see their great grandparents again. Chad made us able to spend quality time with them and respect their time for quiet, while still enjoying our time as well. Thank you Chad! I would highly recommend this rental and would use Chad again should the need arise.
