From the very first message to the last, Rob and Leslie were so kind and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure I understood how everything worked and even messaged to make sure we got to our destination safely. As far as the RV, it was clean, ran perfectly and had everything we needed for our drive to Florida and back. I would highly recommend it and more importantly the owners who truly cared about our experience.

Our first time camping in any sort of RV. Very glad we chose Michael and the teardrop trailer. All contacts, arrangements and details were effortless including pickup and dropoff of the trailer, even when we asked to move the times a bit.
Trailer was spotless and just as advertised/shown in photos. Checkout was easy including instructions on operation of sink, gas, electric, etc.
Only change we would have made is renting the larger, walk-in size which we will do with Michael if we camp next year.
