Discover Coopersburg RV rentals for memorable road trips

When William Penn initially secured land from King Charles II, his son ultimately realized that they weren’t the natural possessors of the land and before allowing people to settle on it, he made agreements with some of the local natives to purchase various tracts. The region that would one day become known as Coopersburg, Pennsylvania was purchased in 1737. It was originally part of Bucks County but eventually became part of the County of Lehigh in 1812. RV rentals in Lehigh County can offer an excellent opportunity to check out the heart of Pennsylvania.

The Great Outdoors

Getting outside, stretching your legs, and enjoying a beautiful day is a wonderful activity when you have a motorhome rental from Coopersburg. Head a bit north to Allentown and visit the Allentown Rose Gardens. In season, this is a beautiful and quiet place to visit. You won’t find a lot of people here, and they don’t allow dogs, but it is easy to park here. It’s a great place to simply slow down, take your time, and “stop and smell the roses.”

RV Parks

Quakerwoods Campground is located in Quakertown and offers plenty of sites. They allow pets, and you or your kids can enjoy the pool during the summer months. They have full hookup service, and the sites are gravel.

Exploring the City

If you enjoy self-guided tours and want to learn more about the steel industry that was the heart of the economy in this region of the country, you can check out Hoover-Mason Trestle in Bethlehem. There are numerous placards and other signs that provide information, and you can get up close to the Blast Furnace, which can be awe-inspiring on its own. This exhibition can give you insight into steel melting and how the industry evolved and grew, helping to fortify the strength of this nation.
